At Dermal Shop, we take pride in providing high-quality professional treatment tools. If you experience an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging if applicable
Once assessed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Return Authorisation
Please do not return items without first contacting us.
Any approved returns must be authorised by Dermal Shop prior to being sent back.
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Shipping
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, Dermal Shop will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Where a return is not due to a fault or error on our behalf, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your financial institution.
